“Such a great spot for tacos, and I had the best server! I tried the beef birria tacos, pescado tacos, chicken tacos, and beef nacho fries, and everything was packed with flavor.

The birria tacos tasted so good! The beef was tender, flavorful. My pescado tacos were fresh and flavorful, & the chicken tacos were juicy and well-seasoned. The beef nacho fries were also a must-try, with generous toppings and plenty of flavor in every bite. Also the restaurant is family friendly I had an infant with me and my friends, they were super accommodating to us and made us feel so welcomed!!“

“This was our first time going and were skeptical at first but it smelled so good. This might have been the BEST food choice we’ve made in a while, a we eat out often. It is absolutely delicious, savory and honestly, you start to feel bad every bite because you dont want the plate to end.

We also ordered the crab rangoons and were absolutely PERFECT. The lady at the front counter is the sweetest and we decided to eat in, she took the food to our table.

We are now permanently customers. 10/10 recommend“

The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food.

Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.“

As an investor in restaurants I'm very critical when visiting any restaurant and not often impressed even with well known critically acclaimed restaurants. It's very rare when a place has truly incredible food with every appetizer and entree as well as first class VIP vibes for service. You could literally taste the passion and care put into every plate with beautifully prepared flavorful abundant meals. In fact, it was the first time in almost a decade I brought home leftovers as the meal was delicious and easily sufficient for two people. Our entire table raved about their meals and the attentive but not obtrusive service was always there to refill our wine and assist without any of us having to look up for service. The food alone would have made for a great night but what truly made it memorable besides the great waitstaff was the manager, Eli. When was the last time a manager, GM or owner greated you at your table to share a polite, interesting and passionate conversation about the food and why they love sharing this experience with their valued customers? He made our entire table feel like VIPs and made perfect recommendations for wine and dessert. It felt more like we were in someone's home as we were there for close to 3-1/2 hours talking, eating, drinking and laughing. The ambiance is warm and unpretentious and the memories of a great experience will certainly bring us back again.“

“We just finished up my birthday celebration here and it was hands down one of the best I have ever had. The food and service are top notch. The amenities and thoughtfulness they put into this experience puts this place in a league of its own. We did the 4lbs (we are a family of 6) with the Cajun sauce. I recommend getting the garlic noodles, corn, potatoes and sausage. We also go some bread at the end and used it to dip in the sauce. 10/10. Get their versions of caprisuns. “My date and I came here last night and everything was excellent! The wait staff was also very attentive and answered all of our questions and was able to offer recommendations. We got a fish and egg appetizer which was absolutely amazing, the sour and spicy black cod soup, and the osmanthus lotus root for dessert. You can order from iPads that have pictures of everything on the menu and it sends everything straight to the kitchen. It may be helpful if you speak Mandarin but it is not necessary.“

The crabs, mussels and shrimp were FRESH and DELECTABLE. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection. least of them all the amount that you receive is enough to feed a full size family, and we only ordered for two. I will definitely be back. “My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class.
