“The food and service are always top notch! Wether you order a healthy salad, fresh sushi, American classics or any other item on the extensive & creative menu, Bistro 1051 will not disappoint. The service is always impeccable. The whole staff and the owner, Michael, are warm, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. I highly recommend for date night, lunch with friends and large events. This is one of my go-to restaurants in the Clark area. I’ve been a fan for well over 10 years!“

“Excellent spot for multiple different cuisines around Asia. I can't believe it took me so long to try this place, it is excellent! The sushi was super fresh and they had lots of menu items that were very unique like the dinosaur egg(fried lobster with layers of avocado on top). The dumplings were outstanding. Probably the best dumplings I've ever had! And the prices are extremely fair, we had so much food we barely finished. Will definitely be a spot I frequent.“

“I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food.

Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.“

“Can I please give it 6 stars? I recently went there with a group of five family members while visiting New Jersey and we had a truly extraordinary night! As an investor in restaurants I'm very critical when visiting any restaurant and not often impressed even with well known critically acclaimed restaurants. It's very rare when a place has truly incredible food with every appetizer and entree as well as first class VIP vibes for service. You could literally taste the passion and care put into every plate with beautifully prepared flavorful abundant meals. In fact, it was the first time in almost a decade I brought home leftovers as the meal was delicious and easily sufficient for two people. Our entire table raved about their meals and the attentive but not obtrusive service was always there to refill our wine and assist without any of us having to look up for service. The food alone would have made for a great night but what truly made it memorable besides the great waitstaff was the manager, Eli. When was the last time a manager, GM or owner greated you at your table to share a polite, interesting and passionate conversation about the food and why they love sharing this experience with their valued customers? He made our entire table feel like VIPs and made perfect recommendations for wine and dessert. It felt more like we were in someone's home as we were there for close to 3-1/2 hours talking, eating, drinking and laughing. The ambiance is warm and unpretentious and the memories of a great experience will certainly bring us back again.“

“We just finished up my birthday celebration here and it was hands down one of the best I have ever had. The food and service are top notch. The amenities and thoughtfulness they put into this experience puts this place in a league of its own. We did the 4lbs (we are a family of 6) with the Cajun sauce. I recommend getting the garlic noodles, corn, potatoes and sausage. We also go some bread at the end and used it to dip in the sauce. 10/10. Get their versions of caprisuns. Small was enough for the 2 of us.The fish is very fresh and we also ordered the crispy chiong ching chicken and it was also very good and has a lot of flavor. Dispite being surrounded in spicy peppers the spice level was good and has a lot of flavor.

The scallion noodles were fine, personally I thought it was a bit over hyped but for 6 bucks we were happy to try it.“

The soup was incredibly tasty, and the 'mini' size with extra fish was more than enough to feed three people—it’s a great value. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fried milk; I had never tried it before, but the lady was kind enough to give us a sample, and I ended up absolutely loving it. Mild was spicy, keep that in mind. Highly recommended!“

“Seafood pimps was the best decision I could had made to celebrate my 56th birthday. I decided to purchase the Nexf ix & Chill. First the presentation was SUPERB. The crabs, mussels and shrimp were FRESH and DELECTABLE. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection. least of them all the amount that you receive is enough to feed a full size family, and we only ordered for two. I will definitely be back. “Vegetarians, don't let the name keep you away: this place is a wonderful option. The soup bases are all vegetarian, as they proclaim on the very first line of the menu.

I got the traditional Chinese sauerkraut soup with two kinds of tofu. Let me say up front that very few foods taste genuinely novel to me, and I love all kinds of fermented vegetables. So the second pleasant surprise (after the great menu) was the flavor of this dish. I simply could not place it. Was it some kind of citrus? Lemongrass? No, the server said, it's really just the fermented vegetables doing it. I still don't quite believe it, but it was not a taste I'd ever ever had.

“We had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and were lucky enough to have Bella as our waitress. She told us right away that she was new and still in training, so my sister and I joked that we'd be extra nice to her—but honestly, she didn't need any extra help!

Bella was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She took our drink order promptly, answered all of our questions about the menu with confidence, and kept a close eye on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and genuine care made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We live in Maryland and Florida, so unfortunately we probably won't have the opportunity to dine here again. “My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class. If you are unfamiliar with Chez Catherine, it has been one of New Jersey's Top 5 restaurants for nearly 40 years. We recommend it highly and urge lovers of fine dining to not wait but reserve a table NOW. We're sure you'll find it to be as special as we do.“
