“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

“Ram & Rooster delivers a fantastic tasting menu experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, with superb decor and a counter overlooking the open kitchen that makes the whole meal feel intimate and engaging all for a great price!

Several dishes stood out, especially the scallop course, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The duck dish was another highlight—rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. It’s also BYOB, and they offer some excellent non-alcoholic drink options that pair nicely with the meal.

Dessert was the perfect ending, with a bright lemon cake and a decadent chocolate dish that were both outstanding.

Phenomenal service throughout the evening made the experience even better. Ram & Rooster is a must for anyone looking for a refined and memorable tasting menu.“

“New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. A wonderful experience!“

“Great bartenders and staff. My wife and I always enjoy our visits here. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars only because there is not much in the area to compare it to, but the experience itself is outstanding every time.

Most everything is made in house, and the bartenders are far from average. Connor is fantastic and always helps make the experience memorable. It is not inexpensive, so be prepared, but it is absolutely worth it. One of the best cocktail experiences around.“

“My wife and I had Sunday brunch. I had the bulgogi skirt steak with kimchi. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium/medium rare and delicious! The kimichi was good, and the spicy cucumbers were excellent. My fried egg was cooked exactly to order. My wife had the portobello sandwich which she really enjoyed. We got the Bloody flight and all four were really tasty and very interesting. It was a busy afternoon, but our service was still fantastic, and our food was out promptly. My husband laughed because I had no idea that Nashville hot meant HOLY HOT lol. But I was not disappointed. This was the juicy, best chicken sandwich I'd had anywhere that I can recall in my 32 years.. And I worked in food service for 13 years. The service was also phenomenal. There was a rowdy bunch of younger ones at the bar that eventually got asked to leave. But she kindly let us know that we were welcome to move our table if we so desired. “It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts ? Although there was only one woman working the bar and trying to take care of tables alone (she was very pleasant and was doing her best) I still enjoyed my time there. I must say the special three course meal was outstanding for restaurant week. The roasted pear and arugula flatbread was outstanding and should be added to the regular menu. The entree was great and the crème brûlée dessert was exceptional. Chef Shannon came out to talk to us as we were the first customers for restaurant week to try the special menu items. He created the dishes and we let him know everything was delicious. My only complaint was they needed more staff on hand to be able to keep up with the amount of patrons.Someone finally came to assist the young lady who was working alone but she could have used two additional people when they opened. will prolly b bck again before the week is over for the special before it’s off the menu.“
