The Watchung location on Somerset is the worst ever, Had a graduation celebration planned, arrived to pick up custom cake Friday 5/12, it was not ready as promised. Returned today 5/13, waited and when brought out, it was literally melted to half size and collapsed in the box like the Wicked Witch. They actually presented it to me with blurred melted message on top of the deflated cake. They grabbed another similar cake and dropped just a graduation cap on it and presented it....read full review
The young lady that was initially assisting me was very pleasant. However, the manager and/or franchisee (purely guessing because she scoleded the girl who gave me the few supplies) who came to ring me up for the purchase and rudely gave me a lecture that next time, she can't spare any cups or lids, citing that she could chance running out of lids and then what. What?? And surely they're not tabulating revenue solely by counting cups and lids used.
