I ordered online for a drive thru pick-up, a turkey sandwich with American cheese (extra $0.69). When I received my sandwich and got home I realized that it was a turkey avocado BLT. I didn’t order that! I don’t eat pork which was the main reason I got a regular Turkey sandwich. I don’t know if it was because of a lunch rush or not paying attention, but I won’t be ordering from this Panera location again.
Disappointing to say the least! Avoid this location at all costs. People there are either untrained or they just don't want to be there, and clearly the manager doesn't care. Terrible food and unsanitary conditions inside.

The staff is good but I found a hair in my Med Veggie sandwich and I complained to the manager which she responded “ Oh, do you want a refund or remake?” I asked for the remake and the remake was really bad. I’ve been coming here for over a year and was really disappointed today. The remake should be as exactly as the original order was.
