“I love the food here. But i went there tonight around 730 and it was frigid outside. Just as we were sitting down to eat our food the worker decided to open the doors to carry all the outdoor furniture in then kept them open while he changed trash outside too. Not a care in the world for how freezing it was for his customers. It was extremely disappointing. We drive like 25 minutes to eat here. May be a while before we do that again.“

They have 6+ flavors every week and they rotate through new flavors weekly. They also have exciting holiday themed flavors. It's easy to get invested in coming back over time to try different delights! Their app is easy to use for orders and their rewards program points add up quickly. Their staff is always friendly and nice. Their party pack is a favorite at gatherings!“

“Oh my!!!…was fortunate enough yesterday to win a boo cake at a networking event. I have never had one, but it looked amazing. I brought back to my office at Ambotte.com and the entire cake was gone. It was delicious. All who ate it were impressed with how amazing this cake was. Thank you for the opportunity of letting us try it. I guarantee we will be buying cakes in the future!!!“

“My teen is obsessed with the cookies of the week at Crumbl . Our love language is food and I'd do anything to see my girl smile so this location and all it offers is our favorite Crumbl. The staff is kind ( even in mad rushes- like the 2 hour wait for their birthday a few weeks ago) The staff is mostly teens and I’m impressed with their ability to run it as uniformly as they do.
I usually wait in the car while my daughter runs in, so I’ve never ordered. The staff was helpful picking flavors and showing me the ropes of ordering. We will be back again soon!“

“Ordered the variety boxes of Bundtinis and they were the perfect dessert with ice cream at our Halloween "Night with Spirits" event. The Bundtinis are just enough for one person and fun to sample the different flavor combinations.
Kelly's staff are all knowledgeable, and helpful in selecting the best Bundt option for the occasion. The creative selection for every occasion is amazing, fun and you can also create your own idea with their help. “If you try the cookies at Downtown Cookies and say they aren’t the most delicious things you’ve ever eaten you can’t be telling the truth! Morgan and her bakers are artists with these cookies. These are massive, dense, delectable cookies with some classic and some unique flavors that Morgan has added her own flair to. She does a flavor of the month which are always on theme for a nearby holiday and they are so fun and absolute works of art. For our wedding, Morgan did an assortment of 5 cookie flavors of our choosing, plastic wrapped each, and then packaged them in individual boxes with ribbons of our color choice (to match our theme!) and then she made stickers and adorned them to each box. It was service beyond what I expected and the presentation was immaculate. We had the cookies placed at each table setting to ensure guests wouldn’t forget their favors and, walking around at our reception, we noticed more than a few cookie boxes had already been opened and sampled before the night’s conclusion. Couldn’t even blame them! Having been set on edible favors, we’re so glad we chose Morgan and Downtown Cookies to bring a sweet end to our special day.“

“We started going to Sweet Eats a few years ago and have bought/ordered every birthday cake and special occasion cake from them since. Everything we’ve tried from them has been delicious. However, today we picked up a birthday cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday and were extremely disappointed. It is not at all what we ordered, we were charged extra for a rough texture but got a regular cake. My husband had said this isn’t at all what we ordered and was told “this is what you ordered, there’s no way we can do another cake.” It’s upsetting because we’ve seen the photos of custom cakes and they look amazing. Other birthdays we’ve ordered for have been great, this one for a somewhat special birthday was a total disappointment. I don’t think we would order from them again, but will still buy items in the bakery for pick up.“

“We stumbled onto this place while looking for Howard and Nan’s Record Shop which, sadly, was closed… but we did get to discover Golden Touch Pretzels. Freshly made pretzels! Delicious!
Cash only and there will be a line, so be patient. There’s a window where you can watch the pretzels being made. Great fun for kids and grownups alike ?
You can pair up your pretzels with Icees and have churros for dessert!
The building/s are accessible ♿️ with lots of doors to enter/exit, but it is crowded with people and strollers and kids and one needs patience and care to get around. The doors open with the touch of one’s foot.

A massive hoagie made with an incredible amount of quality ingredients. I was also impressed with the number of people they had working and how pleasant and helpful all of them were. In today’s world, it seems the norm is one or two overworked employees trying to do the work of four people in a store like this. Thank you for a great experience.“
