Today April 14, 25 5:44pm I went to get an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. As I ask for help and when I inquired about what’s the difference between vanilla and vanilla classic. She looked at me like I was crazy. I proceeded to buy the Oreo cake and I asked her if she could write happy birthday on the cake. She says we don’t do that here. If i could give 0 stars, trust me i would. The workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. When it comes to a certain hour at night they can and WILL start canceling their uberEats orders just because they don’t want to do them. It is not my fault this establishment is ALWAYS out of stock of items and doesn’t even care to try and fix the issue/at the VERY least send another item with the same price. Cancelled on 4 of my drivers from uber eats just because he didn’t want...read full review
