Delicious small plates. The price can quickly add up with the plates being smallish, but everything was quite tasty. The chicken wings I found to be somewhat odd in that the breading is quite thick and therefore doesn't adhere super well to the chicken. It seems like an intentional choice, but it isn't my preference.
The food is just plain delicious. The little gem salad had a dressing that combined umami, sweetness, mild heat and was fantastic. The salmon rilettes with roe in a spicy sauce beats and sushi preparation. The rice with beef and egg was perfect. The rice had a little crunch combined with a mild heat from the beef and seasoning. I could eat it everyday. The fried chicken sandwiches were the best I have ever had. The chicken was fried perfectly and the julienned carrots and shredded...
