“There should be a million stars for this bistro!!!! When this bistro opened about 4 years ago with new owners I gave it a try for some Thanksgiving side dishes. I am a restaurant manager and have been in the food service industry over 40 years and I have to say this gem takes the cake!!!! The food is always fresh and of such great quality. I am picky because no one cooks Thanksgiving as good as my own ( lol) but Jennifer put me to shame. It is so nice to know especially on Holidays working late night hours I no longer have to worry about staying up all night. The salads and sandwiches are amazing for everyday and het homemade desserts are literally to die for!!!! I love that she also offers gluten free desserts in her online holiday menu and in house. Everyone is always so nice too!! The bistro must stay there forever lol“

“Amazing, high quality matcha made fresh on site every day. I was so impressed by this place. It’s a no-frills cafe, but great to sit and relax or grab your drink to-go. I got the iced strawberry matcha, you can tell it’s fresh-made strawberry purée and the matcha tasted amazing. Highly recommend!“

“Love it. The inside feels so fresh so clean, with a giant display case of some fine and divine looking pastries. Seems like they specialize in eclairs.

We ordered ourselves a creme brulee (caramelized on demand by the friendly staff) and an Opera for takeout. Tasty and perfectly sized without being too overbearing or sweet.

My Opera was beautiful. Speckled with gold dust, delicate layers of chocolate, mousse and nutty pastes. So much flavor in each soft spoonful. Exactly what I needed for a birthday treat for myself!“

“Ginger cardamom scones! Actually, all the scones are delicious. Coffee beans are roasted in a facility in Rocky Hill. Our favorite is the dark roast. Shop local!“

“I love this place, however, yesterday I bought one of my favorite pastries at the store the Kouign Maman. The pastry was hard, I did not even realized how hard it was until I got to my destination. I got one for me and my sister and I was embarrassed on how hard they were. Not sure if they were overcooked or was old and they overheated to sell. Just be careful when you buy this pastry, make sure is fresh. So disappointed because it is my favorite :(“

The Soft Chili Scramble with Avocado, Aussie Best is the standout, featuring fluffy eggs with a nice chili flake heat alongside a generous arugula salad, avocado, and seeds, while the Athlete’s Burrito was delicious and hearty with lentils. The potato wedges with BLATE and the lemon ricotta pancakes were both excellent, and the smooth coffee with a well made cappuccino rounded out a terrific meal.“

Go for the incredibly unique and delicious pies, sandwiches, galettes, cookies, cakes, etc. and stay for the equally as amazing hospitality and service. The staff here feels like family and goes out of their way to ensure every Friday is as amazing as our first visit! “Came here with my girlfriend as we are trying breakfast sandwiches in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches are the best we've had in the area. Everything was freshly made and with real ingredients. The bacon in particular was obviously just cooked for the order. The roll was fresh and everything was well seasoned. Overall, I highly recommend!“

“This coffee shop is amazing! The owner is wonderful. She recently came to our apartment at The Parc at Princeton Junction for a wine and truffle tasting for Valentine’s Day and it was a fabulous event. So my boyfriend and I decided to stop by her coffee shop and try it out and was I blown away! The coffee was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is amazing! If you are ever in the Princeton area I highly recommend this coffee shop!“

“After a long and frustrating trip, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car and drive to get food. I order a glass of red wine which the waitress generous filled. I decided after staring the menu for a while on the hummas and pita. The hummas was really good and the pitas were nice and warm. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.“

“Wood Craft catered an event at Princeton during reunions and it was fantastic. I had pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and mac n cheese. Fantastic, tasty, tender. I took their card and hope to get my department at work to order from them.“
