Starbucks offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a hardworking and friendly team that provides excellent customer service. While the wait time for online orders can be long, the staff, including Andre, Lex, Ashley, Allison, Blanca, Lauren, Jade, and Nelson, go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. The drive-thru setup may be a bit misleading, but the positive experience and great service make it worth the visit. Just be sure to avoid getting your Java chip Frappe from the new staff member for a perfect experience.
