We stopped at Uncle Skippy’s today to pick up some lunch while we were down in Westfield. Great Gluten Free food! My wife and I rapidly made a delicious Chicken parm and a buffalo chicken pizza disappear, and my daughter loved her meatballs!
We had a great chat with the owner, and we will definitely make a repeat visit next time we’re in the area.
My mom has Celiac disease, so having a place that's all gluten free in the area is awesome. We ordered the meatballs, a pizza and lots of the chicken bites, they were all excellent. You'd never know they were gluten free, my kids ate it all and had no idea. Great spot, we'll be ordering again!
Just because it's a little place doesn't mean it has little taste. Uncle Skippy's Kitchen has EXCELLENT food that happens to be 100% Celiac safe. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back."
