I love this concept of building your own ice cream sandwich. My boyfriend and I went here on our first date over three years ago, so it has such a nostalgic place in my heart! I also love that they're open year-round because even in the winter, I'll eat ice cream! We typically go for their ice cream sandwiches. While passing through.. I recently tried Stack Creamery's ice cream sandwich: Peanut Butter Swirl on the Peanut Butter Chip Cookie and was thoroughly impressed. Ice cream sandwich was delightful, with the peanut butter swirl complementing the peanut butter chip cookie perfectly. The portion size was satisfying, and the service, was by a great set of teens. The bright ambiance added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a tasty treat with a vibrant atmosphere.

Making your own ice cream sandwich is a dream come true! Even if you don’t want the cookie or brownie part the ice cream flavor alone is amazing!! Open late which is great and staff is always friendly even right before closing!
