I also really appreciate this young girl there i believe her names was Narciss. She was so cute and adorable as she stayed patient to help my children figure out their favorite drinks and now they dont let me go anywhere else?. I always come in to see that sweet barista because she truly made us feel welcomed which alot of baristas tend to lack.“

“Best ice cream shop in Essex County if not the entire state of NJ. You can taste the difference in quality, creaminess, ingredients, no artificial flavors. Small micro batches made with natural ingredients and real flavors. Great owner and staff. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience. Small space but the flavor is large. They are getting ready to launch their second storefront in Lyndhurst. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Favorite flavors include: Strawberry Baklava Chocolate But all are incredibly good!“

My only critique is that it seems that flavor had been unecesarily sacrificed for “healthiness” on a few dishes like the oatmeal pancake, and quiche. “Amazing tea shop! My wife and I enjoyed the Tea Ceremony with owner Fengxiao very much. Extremely relaxing and informative. Fengxiao spent extra time with us and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Her very laid back approach to the ceremony made it very enjoyable. It was well worth our 2 hour drive to her shop. After the ceremony we purchased one of the 3 amazing teas we had. It was the Wild Old Tree Lao Ban Zhang Ripe Pu-erh Tea, 2005. A very good Puer at an extremely reasonable price. We also purchase a clay pot of excellent quality which was also very well priced. I am going to use Sinofilia Tea Shop for future online purchases. I highly recommend visiting Fengxiao’s store and booking the Tea Ceremony. At the end of our visit, we felt like we had met a new friend!“

It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He was denied then I went up and the guy said yes and the lady behind him said no in a rude way. Then stated we have to buy something even though my friend the person who went up first literally bought something. When writing this I think they saw; they made us waters which are larger then the normal one that you get when you ask for a free water. Amazing place but was treated rudely. Still like it though.“
