“We went to Sunzup Cafe last week. was very impressed. I had the eggs benidict. it was fantastic. the food was great. the workers were great. I will definitely go back. highly recommended. They make Fresh Fruit Pies. I was planning on going back to get one and take it home. but didn't get a chance to go back. They are open 7 am to 1pm. serving Breakfast and Brunch. This is a gem in Wildwood Crest. I give it 10 stars. Everyone should put this on their go to place. you can eat outside or indoors. Get there early”
“My favorite place to grab breakfast when we visit Wildwood Crest, good food, good price, clean and such great staff. They never disappoint, they are warm and welcoming. I look forward to seeing the same faces next season. Thanks!!”
“Carini's is within walking distance of our condo, so we are there all the time and also recommend it to our renters. It's delicious! There really is something for everyone. My husband got the homemade ravioli which is out of this world. There's nothing like homemade pasta. I got the chicken noodle soup which tasted like mom's. My son got the chicken caesar salad which was a giant portion. We all shared meatballs, sausage, and bruschetta - so good! The clams casino was seasoned perfectly and so tasty. We had a lot of fun. Our waitress was extremely helpful and kind. It was a home run!”
“We ate at a lot of places on our vacation at the end of July. Honestly, this was my favorite. Right off the beach so we hit it on the way to and from the beach. I’m assuming Darrick is the guy who manned the stand at most times. He is THE nicest guy you will ever meet. Always greeted us whether we were buying or just walking by. And I just read in this profile that he is a veteran!!!Back to the stand. Pretzels are so good, get ‘em early!!! Last day he ran out and he was so apologetic. The jumbo dogs are fantastic and the kielbasa equally as good. And the prices are even better!!!!He takes Venmo which is really convenient.Best of luck , I hope to catch you again!!!”
“Pretty good place for breakfast. Food was really good, service was great, and prices reasonable. Would return again. They have all the breakfast basics… Pancakes, waffles, french toast, omelets, eggs, etc etc.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.”
“Came up for vacation and wanted to try a local restaurant (I'm originally from NJ) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. I found my new spot to visit when I come home.”
“Oh my Goodness!! It’s a hidden Gem!! Yes they had a rough time since 2020 BUT…. THE NEW OWNERS AND CHEFS ARE OUTSTANDING!! The food is impeccable and attention to detail is out of the park! Even the Homefries on the breakfast menu are outrageous!! What FLAVOR! The use of seasoning and herbs and spices is impressive! The care they take preparing Each dish from homefries to salads and beyond is amazing. would eat here every day if we could!!! Even the poolside walk up window will leave you speechless”
“Omg the French toast is so good! The service was amazing. Was here last weekend for a wedding so I ate breakfast here the server dava was so great she recommended a great breakfast drink. It was the best bloody Mary I ever had. If you eat here ask for dava she's so fast and you don't want for ”
“The place is really nice and the server is so awesome! We have been there two years in a row and it was nice he remembered usVegetarian options: They would make what you wantKid-friendliness: It was all friendly”
“Our new favorite in Cape May! Such a great option for a quiet dinner out as a couple. Loved our food—pork tenderloin and lobster orecchiette were delicious, as was the waffles and ice cream dessert. Can’t wait to come back!”
“Food was legit and impressive considering they made everything for a rehearsal dinner and it came out in a timely manner and not one dish was cold. Service was great in a beautiful surrounding ”
“When you have a menu that works, stick with it. And that's exactly what Mia does. Oh she'll charm you with delectable, exquisitely created specials to keep us on our toes, but it's the steak and seafood that continue to excel. We dined on the filet and small so African lobster that we're done to perfection. And this was at the end of the evening, when everyone is tired and beat. The corn fritter app was good, although I think the shrimp could have been slightly larger and the tails kept on for texture, but that's just me (and it's not my restaurant). The bread, salad and dessert included were each individually sublime. No doggie bags needed from us. Never felt rushed, however, we didn't feel entirely embraced either. With such a special dining destination, I like to feel special. Because the food says it's so. The ambience is California chic. Soft. Romantic. A tad noisy, but certainly doable. Wonderful overall and I'd highly recommend! Looking forward to future visits.”
“Easy 5 stars, maybe 6. Shayna was the HIGHLIGHT of our evening. Her spiel was perfect, timing was impeccable, she was interested in what we had to say and had all the answers to our questions. Top notch server! Would HIGHLY recommend to request her as your server. Also, Ian was a super nice young gentleman who has a quick eye, polite demeanor, and takes the lead when the need is seen. Had tuna tartare, which was 10/10 until the amuse boosh arrived, on the house, and was exceptionally exquisite. Finished with short rib and fosters which were both outta this world. Will be dining here again!!”
“Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. We have dined here multiple times and never have had a bad meal. Most recently we attended the game dinner which was a culinary art. Each course was more delicious than the next. The service was impeccable and the charming ambiance makes for a memorable experience. Highly recommend!”
“Loved the food! Very flavorful and fresh! was a little disappointed when I was waiting for my order because I felt very unwelcome from people in the kitchen. Woman that took my order was so sweet though!”
“Delicious food from burgers to more elaborate dishes. We had the crab-topped salmon special ($36) and grilled salmon ($28), it was excellent. The special was enough of a portion for 2 people. The drinks were nicely prepared with a beach-like presentation - about $12/each. While it's not inexpensive, the quality the food was excellent.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with healthy options including fresh vegetables.”
“Daughter and I just left and had a nice lunch. I asked for a sandwich not on the menu and they made it for me: A sliced egg on white bread with mayonnaise, lettuce, and onions sliced diagonally-- the way my mother used to make for me!”
“I really don't leave reviews very often, but this was one of the best meals I have ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Every single thing we had was incredible; the calamari was the best I’ve ever had, and the seafood risotto and homemade key lime pie was to die for. I would come here every single time I come to Cape May from now on. Our server, Dajan, was excellent as well and was extremely professional. My girlfriend and I couldn’t celebrate together for Valentine’s Day because I had covid, so today was the day we could finally celebrate together down at the shore and it was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Had the lamb shank, swordfish kebab, and octopus. All amazing. Staff is great as well. Don’t want to say a hidden gem because there was plenty of people there, but this place deserves a line out the ”
“A very unique dining experience. All of the dishes were wonderful. Service was great too. Would definitely recommend coming back to try the seasonal food. Make a reservation, you won't be disappointed!”
“From the food to the service this place is amazing! The margaritas were BOMB. Their mexican street corn and brisket tacos were to die for! Everything was so tasty and the live music vibe was the perfect touch. Our waitress Stephanie made the experience even better- she was super attentive and awesome at giving honest recommendations for food and drink.”
“I highly recommend this spot. The food and the beers were phenomenal. The kids loved the outdoor seating as well. We had a great time, the staff was very polite and friendly. We will be returning next time we are in town.Parking: They have a big parking lot on the side of the building. Very accessible.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved this spot. They have plenty of outdoor seating that keeps the kids entertained.”
“My wife and I visited this evening thinking we had a reservation. The reservation was mistakenly made by me for the following week. What impressed me was that Joe, without a hesitation, sought out a way to make room for us to dine. We were made to feel unbelievably welcome the entire time. Not only was the service impeccable but the food was to die for. It was so nice being in this space with so many people who were enjoying their evening. The entire evening, as people were leaving, I could not help but hear the sincere thank you’s that were being offered to the staff. This was truly a special experience and I recommend anyone who is visiting Stone Harbor to visit this restaurant.”
“Best ice cream anywhere - hands down! Very creative combinations, love the baseball theme inside. We stop for ice cream, then bring to the beach down the street and watch the sunset. Perfect evening!”
“My boyfriend and I had taken a trip down to Cape May to visit the zoo. We decided on Julio's after a brief maps search. The restaurant is similar to a cafe vibe, with kiosks as well as a front desk to pay with cash. I loved the variety of options available. The man at the front counter was friendly, personable, and seemingly proud of his food. He should be, everything was phenomenal. We ordered a burrito with chicken, cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato, corn salsa, etc. I asked the chef to please make sure nothing was spicy--I am unfortunately not fond of spicy foods. The chef was not only receptive, but made sure to put the spicier toppings on the side so we could still have them to try. We also ordered the black bean dip and the mexican street corn. The flavors were perfect, everything blended so well. I highly suggest visiting this restaurant for the authenticity that a lot of chain restaurants lack. The standout point here is the serving sizes. This burrito was larger than my thigh, and I eat a lot (for reference). The food was more than filling, and exceeded any expectations I had before dining. Nicely done, Julio's! We will definitely be returning.”
“Vintage is an experience in Cape May you don't want to miss! The food was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and top notch. We are looking to return in the warmer months to experience the outdoor ambiance.”
“Golden stop has become my home away from home. I love it all, from the cozy atmosphere to the friendly environment to the delicious food. My favorite is the breakfast sammy. I am so thankful for all of their gluten free options. When I’m needing a pick me up, I love searching through the fridge of freshly pressed organic juices. There is something for everyone. ❤️Dietary restrictions: So many options for those of us with dietary restrictions!!”
“I was in the Wildwoods for octoberfest and found this place while walking around. Stopped by and grabbed a Cheesesteak, and my kid got a cheeseburger. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Clean store!”

“This place is wonderful! If you’re in town you must stop here. We came for breakfast on my daughters 7th birthday, we had a wonderful server….got our food so quick. It was all delicious and they made her day extra special. They brought out a slice of cake and the entire restaurant sang happy birthday to her! This place went above and beyond”
