Was the worst experience ever. Was there in the beginning of may for AC Championships. First of all they weren’t going to give us a room to accommodate one of my family members (needs a walk in shower), then when we finally get an accomodated room, we had no water! We had multiple different rooms that were given to us because we either didn’t have water or only cold water. We were promised a refund and we are still waiting for it. rooms were indeed modern. the halls were filthy. we saw some large stains on them. There were bird feathers and pieces of plastic eating utensils in the hottub. We turned in our blanket at the outset, as there was a huge red stain on it.

We stayed here from Aug 30-Sept 1 2024. Absolutely an amazing stay. I would say this hotel is not one you stay in if you’re there for a whole week and expect to live in your room but for us it was everything we needed at a fantastic price. The room was clean, comfortable, updated and all around great.
