The roll itself was just the right texture—soft and slightly toasted—and let the quality of the lobster shine. The classic roll is served cold, with mayo on it. The bun was so buttery and perfectly toasted, and the lobster was delicious and tender. Quincy's perfected the classic lobster roll! It was less costly than another place and so much more delicious! The meal also comes with some pickle slices and a bag of the Cape Cod kettle chips.
