Patiently waited well over an hour while they cycled through a small rush that came right as we ordered only to find out they either lost the ticket or gave the order to somebody else by accident. Spending that much time there watching their operation was making my skin crawl. Highly inefficient and chaotic.

The prices have become ridiculous. $49 for three smoothies and a few waters. No prices on sodas or water. $3.68 for bottled water and 4% for using a CC. More than any CC fee I’ve seen. We also had to wait :20-25 minute to get our smoothies as they only made one at a time. Not a great experience.

The flavors far exceeded anything imaginable, and it was an experience, and a delicious one at that! They were so helpful in explaining how the flavors are made and recommending toppings. It was such an interesting process to watch them make the ice! The workers were lovely.
