“One of the better locations, staff keeps the dining area very clean and are very friendly. Always double check before leaving/ or eating that your order was right. They are good with fixing the orders typically.(Rule of thumb for anywhere but especially fast food)“

“it's a great restaurant. I love the look and the drive in feel. I first came here as a kid. love the simple old school look. I hope they never change it. but one word of advice to whoever's in charge of the Facebook account is to change the website. it got all glitchy and could cause viruses on cellphones.“

(As if it was our fault!) and refused to remake food! - Food was sloppy and cold with missing items. No way to call store to speak to general manger today. “I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

“Let’s start with Gabby The hostess, opening the door for us, greeting us And seating us with the friendliest attitude. Then let’s move onto Ryan our server who had the best customer service of any server I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
And then the lemon Parmesan chicken made by Ivan was absolutely amazing! Not only was a portion very big, but it was so tender and juicy and melted in my mouth.
I haven’t had a restaurant experience like this in years, and I used to work in the restaurant industry. I will definitely be going back there and hope to see all of them again!“

“The food was bad and sentient. Took me weeks to get and finish the food. The 4th floor was dirty and 5th was spooky, Italian man running through, with giant rats. At the top there was a laser thing and a face made of pizza. It was very weird but I loved the experience. 10/10 would recommend best indie restaurant“

“Me and my sister lost track of time and came in to Friendly's pretty late. We were a little nervous coming in because I know about last minute customers at my job and how I feel about them; nevertheless, our service was amazing.
