The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they forget 3 things from my order: I ordered 2 quarts of wonton soup but only got 1, 2 orders of crab rangoons but only got 1 and an order of coconut shrimp but didn’t get it! So I called them and they delivered it later, but still forgot to give me white rice for the coconut shrimp so I had to make it! It’s a shame that happened, cause I ordered $100 worth of food and me and my family really enjoyed it! So I still would recommend this place!“

“I hate when people give bad reviews to an authentic restaurant. Most authentic restaurants the owners were not born here and they work tirelessly at their craft. Some of the reviews say they never delivered there food, staff was rude, 1st off they don't deliver and they never have, the owners are hard-working people(husband/wife)daughter works there sometimes and they've always been pleasant to me. I avoided this place for many years and I lived in Williamstown my entire life. NOW...I won't order Chinese food from anywhere else (in this town) I'm addicted to the steamed shrimp dumplings. I asked the owner and she makes everything from scratch, wonton, dumplings, etc...the place is always clean and people, it's 2023 the prices went up Everywhere, is it really valid to leave a bad review about pricing? The gall you must have to complain about service at a Take Out Restaurant, to insult immigrants on a platform where they're probably not going retort and ripping small businesses apart because u weren't happy... We need small businesses! I like the mantra, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all.“

The crab ragoon is not the crispy type, it's more of the perogies. My preference is the crispy ones but that's a matter of opinion only. “Fantastic service, food, menu. Ieta (pronounced Eeta) was our server. Wonderful recommendations. From the wonton soup, cabbage salad, spring roll, Triple Delight to dessert. Everything was excellent. The hot tea that they serve is great, and they never let you want for anything. My water glass was always filled. Many of these businesses get bought out by cheap imitators. “I have moved to this area a few years ago and about a year ago I tried Chan's Garden and finally found my favorite Chinese Restaurant I've been looking for and have been going back every week or two. They do deliver with a 15 dollar minimum and that's sensible but I usually call to place a order that is always ready in 10 minutes. The people who work there that I think are the owners are always so friendly and polite making sure I have everything I need. The boneless spare ribs are the best I ever had and the General Tao's Chicken is out of this world. I also suggest the Chinese pizza and every type of egg rolls and spring rolls are another favorite of mine. I like to try different dishes even dishes I've never tried in my life and I surprised myself how good everything was being a picky eater. A lot of Chinese Restaurants started to use smaller containers which means smaller portions but at Chan's Garden the containers and portions are large and filled to the top with their great food. I'm older and I always forget to take pictures but the next time I go there I'll take some pictures and add them to this review so you can see for yourself.

Parking: It's in a busy strip store and I never had a problem finding a spot close to the restaurant.“

“Great food, friendly service, good location in town. They're attentive and have great prices. Only problem is there is no parking, so you have to park nearby or in the street to pick up your food. Lots of space inside, standard Chinese restaurant atmosphere.

Parking: It's not parking perse, more like leave your car in the street and run in.“

I called to notify the restaurant, and originally their resolve was to send out a new gravy…which they did. I was very dissatisfied, as I had poured the gravy all over the dish and requested they remake the dish. My mom drove to the restaurant at 8:00p, immediately upon walking in they knew the order. Once she explained how the gravy was poured over the dish the chef, without hesitation, told her to sit while he remakes it. The dish was remade, new gravy, fresh rice, and a free soda were given. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and the customer service has always extended beyond that to customer care. I’ll continue to drive past other Chinese’s food establishments to go to Happy Family.“

Chicken and Garlic sauce with vegetable combo is Delicious and fresh every time. It is rather spicy also in case you do order!!
