The Whiting filled platter was very good. I added the sides of Mac and cheese and gravy and rice. I have to say the only thing I didnt love was the Collard greens. Anyone can make them, but not everyone can make them well. It needed a touch more seasoning and perhaps needed to cook longer and needed some of that pork flavoring mixed in. I will definitely be back for more of that fish, Mac and cheese and gravy and rice.
