I usually love their food. Tonight the pizza was slop and the poppers were burnt. I called and spoke with a girl who said she would talk to the owner. The owner told her to tell me they could come take back the food and bring me a new order. I told her that I had to feed my family and asked if I could just get a credit next time. He told her to tell me no. They don't do credits anymore. $31 for slop. There won't be a next time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER!
I've been ordering from marinas since I moved to Woodbury almost 3 years ago...until recently I've never had a problem. you've gotten every order of my last 3 wrong and nothing is done to correct them. this was the last straw...when I order a specific item, cheese steak with fried peppers, that's what I expect...not something you decide to give me...what if I have food allergies???
