“Cutest pizzeria I've been in. The service was great and the food is out of this world. Pizza go for the square and everything we've tried was awesome. Tried cheesesteaks this week and I am not ashamed to say that I ate the entire thing, no regrets. Fries are battered and delicious.“

And all you ask me over the phone is, is there something else you can do for me???? Please, I will now take my business elswhere. “I just attended my niece's graduation party there. AMAZING PIZZA !!!! They put out a variety of pizzas on a buffet table. A crispy crust (I went right for the corner pieces) with cheese down 1st. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the sausage, the pepperoni, the white pie with onions pork belly and sprouts and the spinach and ricotta. Can't wait to go back !!!“

“It's actually a bit bigger than the Little Italy in NYC and a bit different. Definitely worth an hour or 2 of walking through if you're visiting Philly. Lots of great produce being sold on the streets and sidewalks. A bunch of great italian restaurants and shops carrying imported ingredients that will make your cooking thay much better. Everyone is nice even if they don't seem to be, hah. You just have to realize that some of these workers are so amazing that they work at lighting speed by habit. Some may seem a bit cold while they ask what you want from behind a counter, but you'll get a smile in the process. Great people, great food, and a fun experience walking arounf the neighborhood. Do a lap first and take mental notes of places you want to go into during the 2nd lap!“

“I used America's Pie as the cater for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. This place deserves 10 ⭐️. Mechele was great to work with! George the owner packaged our order and packed it so neat and loaded my car. My only regret is not taking pictures of the presentation. Food was delicious; presentation was straight out of a magazine presentation. The price so was reasonable- I almost feel like I robbed them for how good the food was and the price I paid. Easiest process from ordering to pick up. The guest at our party raved about the food. The desserts were so scrumptious everyone went for seconds! There isn't a bad thing I can say about this place-except that we got way too much food! I highly recommend them for your next party! You would be a fool to go anywhere else! Thank you America's Pie! You have a customer for life! ❤️“

“I truly loved this place. I tasted pizzas I had never heard of and they were amazingly delicious. The chocolate “pizza—different crust more like a pastry) was “to die for”. I ate way too much but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it as a delicious and unique experience well worth eating way too much!!! “I’ve never had pizza from here, I ordered pickup tonight for dinner (small cheese pizza and a meatball) and it was excellent! Right when I walked in to pick it up I was immediately greeted and told my order would be ready within a few minutes. Once they gave me my order one of the employees suggested I order pickup directly through them next time instead of via Grubhub as it’s slightly cheaper, which just showed me how attentive they are about their customers. I dug into the meatball so fast it was delicious, I could taste the freshness of the ingredients (super garlicky which I love). The price is also a lot more reasonable than most other places, especially for pickup! I’m only in Philly for another two weeks as I’m graduating but if I’m in the area again I’ll be coming back!“

“We recently moved to the williamstown area and had a hard time finding a pizza place until we came across Tuscan Pizza. They are fantastic and amazing customer service. We asked for paper plates the one time, the driver left without them but received a call from Tuscan apologized for this and said they sent another driver by to deliver the plates. They literally arrived minutes late almost the exact same time as the pizza. This is just a small sample of their service. Top notch and amazing pizza!“

“This pizza place was a , great balance. The crust wasn’t too thin and it wasn’t too thick.

It wasn’t too greasy. It was just a perfect balance lots of meat on the slice. I got the pepperoni and sausage.

One slice was enough to fill me up. The slices are huge .
I have frequent a plethora of pizza establishments in a lot of different cities a lot of different countries, and this was at the very top.“

“Very pleased and impressed with the decor, service and friendliness on our first visit. I judge a restaurant's food by the quality of their fresh salads, if not clean, then I go no further. The salad was clean, fresh, crisp but a bit overly salted, for me. We devoured the Margherita pizza which was SUPERB! Crispy, chewy good flavored crust, the red sauce was excellent, could use a bit of evoo drizzle and a few more slices mozzarella, for my tastes. Can't wait to return for their pasta and dessert offerings.“

“Everything I’ve gotten there has been delicious. My favorite is chicken cutlet with long hots and sharpe provolone on a seeded roll, which isn’t on the menu but they will make for you. Also the breakfast sandwiches are the best around, nobody comes close.“

“I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“
