“After 32 years out of NJ pizza has been disappointing. So now that I am in NJ for work until July, my quest is to eat 2 slices of cheese pizza at every place the locals recommend. Today, it's Joe's, and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend to any visitor and other locals. The test of good pizza is the point folds off the plate and it leaves a nice red oily stain on the paper plate...both were spot perfect...the crust was perfect, the cheese was gooey and flavor top notch. if I work in the area tomorrow, it's calzone or stromboli!!“

“This review is solely based on pizza as it is the only thing we ordered. Mine was the chicken and broccoli alfredo. It was excellent. My husband had a cheese steak pizza and he said it was only okay but feels the issue was that lettuce wilts in heat, so they use too much cheese to create a buffer. With less cheese and no lettuce he would have liked it better. He'd try a different slice but certainly still go back. Mine was excellent, so I'd still give it an A+ for pizza and I'd certainly come back again. Is it particularly fancy? No. Lighting could be better. But I'm just here for a quick slice so it doesn't matter very much. The young employees were very nice as well.“

We ordered the eggplant parm sandwich, meat lovers pizza, and chicken wings, and each item was fantastic.The eggplant parm sandwich was perfect—was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, flavorful, Not greasy!!The meat lovers pizza was packed with generous toppings and delicious!!!And the chicken wings? The chicken wings were a fantastic surprise. I didn’t expect wings this good from a pizza place! The food was prepared quickly, and the staff was super friendly. If you’re in Monroville and looking for great pizza and Italian comfort food, Salvatore’s is a must-try! Highly recommend!“

“Wanted to try a local spot near where I work and Andy's Pizza stepped up and didnt disappoint. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks fried onions and those cheesesteaks were amazing the girl that took my order hooked it up with fires as well that was an unexpected and amazing surprise. “The best pizza and subs anywhere. Furr-get Aboutit I had a slice of cheese pizza and an orange soda while waiting for the rest of my order and it turned out to be the best pizza ever. I also had a delicious cheese-steak sub with fries and my mother got an egg sandwich. All the food came out quick fast and in a hurry and was extremely tasty. Would recommend to any local or hungry traveler. I met the two brothers that run the place and they seem like good guys.“

“this is definitely the best pizza shop in swedesboro! i've been coming here forever and they have the highest quality pizza in the town. the wings & mega fries are also great. i also love that they play music and they're always having fun :) only issue i have is wait time, which sometimes ends up being 10-15 minutes longer than said, but they handle it well. they also don't deliver, so we always just pick up instead. but love ray's! :)“

As is the mark of great cheese pizza, the tup-dip and oil stained paper plates. the oil was just a bit heavy but overall fantastic pizza only possible in NJ. “We have been driving to Cape May from Quakertown for decades, 20+ years ago and about halfway was Vesuvio Ristorante, so we stopped in to grab a bite. I was greeted by Robert the owner. The guy truly appreciates your business and understands you have choices! Robert knew we were either opening or closing our summer home and he was always easy to have a conversation with. They are the definition of a hard-working American family and business owners.“

“Back in 2020 my husband and I moved from Deptford to Swedesboro so we had to find a new local pizza spot. We have tried every pizza spot around the area and nothing lives up to Mama Francesca Pizza's. The customer service has always been top tier and friendly. We're all human so there's been times where once in a blue moon they might forget our cup of cheese with the cheese fries. They are always happy to solve the issue and apologize, never an attitude. The food overall is absolutely amazing, not once in the last 2 and half years have we ever been disappointed.We bring a lot of friends over from out of town and Mama Francesca's is our go to for parties and hang outs. All our friends always compliment the pizza.Also to add on, they always super timely. We go to pick up and the order is always done quicker than the pizza shops we used to frequent.“

“Thank goodness we finally have pizza delivery in our area. Good pie, nice sauce, doughy crust. Try the chicken parm pie with their full leaves of fresh basil on top. (Our favorite item on the menu) Their wings are good - albeit hit or miss. Sometimes, they're fried until the meat is crispy and tough, which is unfortunate. Try the hot and honey sauce, trust me. The garlic knots are always delicious. Their cheesteaks are comparable to most pizza joint's, they do chop them pretty finely, so beware if you don't enjoy chopped steak. The homemade soups are delicious. We love having the option to save coupons for a free pie, that's so generous.“
