I ordered from kfc Tues August 4 at 7:00 in CBS, NL my Big Crunch burger was raw. I will never order kfc again. Horrible experience. Luckily I only ate a little bit of it before noticing. It could have made me extremely ill. I recommend absolutely no one to get food here.
Ordered a family meal, did not receive fries, when my husband called back to tell them, the "manager" told him he will get free fries on the next visit. When he complained that he wanted the fries now, the manager told him no. What business refuses to fix an order that they mess up? The manager is extremely rude, not a good person to have running a store. Sorry kfc, but we will never go back there again, thanks to the manager

I just got reminded why I don't venture into kfc in conception Bay South. The food was bland (had the crunch burger, lettuce was rubberyand barely any sauce), wait time is way to long (three drive-through orders before my instore order was taken), the portion size way to small for the cost and was cold when I arrived home with it. (5 min drive) Also I noticed the worker preparing the meal without the proper ppe.....no gloves. All in all.....bad experience, restaurant is gone down hill and I'm thinking along time before I venture back there. This location could use some much needed attention.
