“I often use their mobile orders service and my order is always spot on. When I come in to pick up my mobile, even if no one is at the counter they will call out “thank you” or “have a nice day” as I’m picking up my order— it’s very nice that even though I’m not being directly served by them, they’re acknowledging that I am still there and I love that about this place. I like the management at this store, and I think that’s why the staff are so pleasant as well.”

“They make a great sub..I'm only problem was another customer was placing a order for the next day what tied up the two workers,but one that got cleared up . remember only two ppl there so it was a bit of a wait..other than that they make a great sub.”

The location can be fairly busy but I’ve never had any issues with wait times or incorrect orders even when they are at their busiest. “We had our engagement party at Ninepenny last night, booking the party was a breeze, excellent price point. The space was absolutely amazing, tables for everyone to sit but lots of room to move around and mingle. The bartenders were fantastic, they were so helpful with anything we needed, and so fast! Everyone was raving about the drinks and food, so delicious! We couldn’t be more pleased. Will definitely be booking for any future parties! I can’t recommend Ninepenny enough!”

The crust was tasty and chewy, the sauce was sweet and flavourful and the toppings were fresh and plenty. Overall service was great, staff were friendly and helpful and pickup was on time. “Quick and extra friendly staff always make these Starbucks run great! When they’re not busy they always ask how our days going and if we have any plans, or some other pleasantry. This location has never run out of our order or even messed up an order of mine. And the line is never a long wait even if it’s long.This time they put cute stickers on our drinks and food packages.
