I order through the app and they are usually very fast and the food has always been fresh and hot. The staff are friendly so I have no complaints. The reason forc4 stars is because of how greasy the food is...but then again, it IS fried food.
While the food was good my wait in store for take out was long. The guy on the counter out front was on break. My food order came up and I watched it sit there until someone from the DT came over and bagged it. Frustrating to watch. Do better!

I had a kids meal (aka diet meal) and it was fresh and delicious.Parking: There's a big parking lot to sit and eat, there was even a guy who had set up a flea market there across from the building.
