“This is one of the three best Timmie's in town that I have sampled. It's funny in a way: Some fella and I were comparing notes while standing in line and agreed on the two slowest, actually glacial, stores and two of the best. Face it: The Ropewalk Lane outlet is a flat out licence to print money, they are that efficient. But this one on Bay Bulls Road, besides being very quick and friendly, at least inside, has the most relaxing sitting area and is my preferred spot.“

“My daughter and I went in there today and we were so impressed with the man behind the counter. Very polite and obviously believes in and loves the products he is selling. He explained each flavour and the options for purchasing and it was a pleasant and easy experience. For the donuts, we purchased 6 and I’m not ashamed to say that I ate almost 3 of them myself 🫣🤣. My daughter had the birthday cake. The pina colada was amazing. The flavours were so good. The Boston cream was divine and stuffed with filling. The caramel cheesecake was delicious as well *chefs kiss* on all fronts. Hubby and son had the basic chocolate dipped and even hours later and being in the fridge, they were still soft and delicious. Will recommend and return“

“I work in the mall and I ordered a soup. I asked for a soup, a chicken noodle soup not some chicken and pasta with a touch of broth! I asked the girl with a lot of tattoos in her hand to put some more broth, She looked at me and shook her head to some weird direction close the cup and handed it over to me. Then came the lovely young manager named Jinky who gave me some broth on a separate cup also offered me to replace the soup but the broth on a separate cup was enough for me. She is an amazing manager and obviously an asset for the store. I hope she improves the overall service quality as they already messed up with my Christmas donut before and try to put the blame on me which was really annoying!“
