Tim Hortons' food quality is described as mediocre by some customers. There have been issues with iced capps having insufficient cream and containing egg bits. The London Fog drink is reportedly mistaken for coffee twice, and a cold, half-drunk coffee was served instead of tea. Additionally, a croissant was served with a chunk of cream cheese stuck to the bottom, and an incorrect drink order was given to a customer.
