Denise at 8 bay bulls location makes me and my mother’s experience exceptional every morning. She always remembers our order she is always friendly, always engaging, and always gets it right. She is the definition of going above and beyond. In my personal opinion she should be recognized for such amazing service as it is harder and harder to find these days

Tim Hortons' food quality is described as mediocre by some customers. There have been issues with iced capps having insufficient cream and containing egg bits. The London Fog drink is reportedly mistaken for coffee twice, and a cold, half-drunk coffee was served instead of tea. Additionally, a croissant was served with a chunk of cream cheese stuck to the bottom, and an incorrect drink order was given to a customer.
