“This is one of the three best Timmie's in town that I have sampled. It's funny in a way: Some fella and I were comparing notes while standing in line and agreed on the two slowest, actually glacial, stores and two of the best. Face it: The Ropewalk Lane outlet is a flat out licence to print money, they are that efficient. But this one on Bay Bulls Road, besides being very quick and friendly, at least inside, has the most relaxing sitting area and is my preferred spot.“

It's a little expensive, but worth the money. The drive thru can be busy at times so please have patience with the employees when you go to sit in the restaurant.

It was so weird, I've never seen this kind of behavior at a shop. Overall the drinks are comparable to other locations which is nice to see the consistency.“

They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“

“I have been a regular visit at this Tims for the last 3 years and the service has improved considerably over the last few weeks. New staff is absolutely great, they are very warm and courteous. One of the very few Tims in the city that doesn’t use a single use cup to measure coffee when a customer brings their own mug. Staff here understand and appreciate “Bring your own mug” program“

“Food is very good, and I usually always go through the drive-thru, because I don't really like sitting in, but I did because I went with my grandmother. I noticed its a little crowded, and like cramped inside, but overall very nice service. What I also love is the diversity of the work force at Tim Hortons, it always brings a smile to my face. “Everytime I go here something is messed up they don't listen to customers coffees are cold most times if you call to complain you are lied to and yelled at I asked tospeak to manager and the guys says one sec then catches his self and says I am the manager I asked him what sauce was on my sandwich they said mayo they didn't say bbq sauce so my gf bit into the sandwich and immediately had a allergic reaction stay far away from tim hortons harvey road even employees at different locations say it sothat should tell you something they don't ask for your points card they don't look at there customers and most of them don't speak emlnglish“

“service has always been great. But for the past week, the points scanner in the drive thru has not been working. I have told the staff at window and contacted Customer service a few tims and still not fixed. can not redeem offers. really need to get it fixed. I am a regular at this location.“

“I work in the mall and I ordered a soup. I asked for a soup, a chicken noodle soup not some chicken and pasta with a touch of broth! I asked the girl with a lot of tattoos in her hand to put some more broth, She looked at me and shook her head to some weird direction close the cup and handed it over to me. Then came the lovely young manager named Jinky who gave me some broth on a separate cup also offered me to replace the soup but the broth on a separate cup was enough for me. She is an amazing manager and obviously an asset for the store. I hope she improves the overall service quality as they already messed up with my Christmas donut before and try to put the blame on me which was really annoying!“
