“Cole Gillingham is the best fast food working I have ever encountered in my life. I may only be 15 years old, but I know a damn good worker when I see one. And I have never met someone who was so kind and happy to be serving us at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. I look forward to paying him a visit every week. Thank you Cole for your amazing work! Keep it up!

“I have eaten at all Swiss Chalets in St. John's, I always go to one every time I am in town. I live on Northern Penn.
This was my first time visiting this one and found that the food... (unlike the other restaurants that I have gone to multiple times in the past and have given multiple tries thinking I just had a one time bad day.) was HOT, the fries were Hot. There was a taste on the chicken, not like it was boiled and then fired on the bbq. The server Jillian H. was kind and attentive, and told me she would make sure the fries were hot. Unlike other S.C, in St john's area who had servers tell me the same and still brought out only barely warm fries and chicken that like it was under warming lights. I had given up Eating at S.C. ever again but I now know where to go the next time I'm in town. My advice is for S.C. fans to eat here first“

“Great experience booked table online for January 17,2025, 6:45 arrived 6:42 it was ready seated immediately . Server was fast and friendly , wish I remembered her name . Drinks were amazing she recommended a blue kinda slushy drink , she said her Mom gets it every time , it was delicious . It had the juiciest meat, perfect pickles, shredded lettuce and tomato with the right amount of sauce all between a melt in your mouth brioche bun! Definitely one of the best burgers I've tasted. The guy taking our order was super nice and the boys in the back looked like they were having a blast! “Our meal was delicious, and arrived quickly. We went there on a Wednesday night and were able to get an entree to go with our meals. “Very cute spot that feels plucked right out of the 1990s. Glad to see that this kinda place can still survive in today’s climate even if only by nostalgia. The service was friendly and the food was solid for what it was, classic pub food with a bit of a Tex-Mex twist. Not a Newfoundlander by birth so can speak on this without being influenced by childhood memories, the place isn’t exactly fine dining but it’s more than solid for what it is!“
