“Enjoyed lunch here with a group of friends. We all got the breaded chicken cutlet on a pretzel roll which was amazing and a substantial size for a really reasonable price! Easily shareable as they cut the sandwich in half and customizable with a variety of sauces and toppings, including pickles, carrots and olives on the side. Super delicious and very fresh tasting! Cute setup with the deli on one side and the tables and chairs on the other, and lots of photos on the walls of European food and market scenes. We are definitely planning to return here!“

“It's really good for what it is, but I have tasted even better cookies in other places. But cookies were fresh, just a bit too hard for me on the inside - didn't have that gou-oui texture inside as I would have expected. Still tasted great and would recommend this place!

I also appreciated the wide diversity of flavors. There are lots of peanut flavors - would love to have other kind of nuts as peanuts are not necessarily appreciated by everyone... Pistachio or hazelnut could be great added options. Packaging was cute and service was great.“

This is a charming local café on the pedestrian only stretch of Water Street. It is perfectly located for a quick snack or simply a great coffee.

The baristas were extremely friendly, informative, and crafted a perfect Cortado. Their beans came from Phil and Sebastian coffee roasters which the barista informed me was a roastery out of Alberta. The Cortado was rich, chocolaty and perfectly balanced. It paired surprisingly well with the fish cake!

This is an absolute must stop if you are on water Street, looking for a great cup of coffee and a true Newfoundland staple.“

“This place is soo good. The staffs are soooo friendly. They made fresh wraps for me. I don’t know her name but she’s the sweetest. Also, the matcha here is theee best in town… One recommendation though, the matcha size is a little small. I love matcha so maybe like bigger size would be great. But overall, I love this place. Best sandwich as well. The sandwich bread is awweessome with seeds and nuts. My God!“
