VERY VERY bad customer service. My mother was up there today and asked for “chicken pizza” as she was about to add Parmesan two girls burst out laughing at her and talking in their own language repeatedly saying chicken. My mom then asked if she messed up or said the wrong thing and told them it wasn’t very nice to act/talk like that in customer service and that they cut her off before she could finish. They then continued to say chicken to each other and laugh some more....read full review
The worst Tim
Hortons I’ve ever visited. Extremely slow service, very rude workers. Customer service is last on their list. A lot of young staff who obviously don’t care.
