We stopped in at Chinched Bistro last Saturday afternoon after walking around downtown St. John's and were glad we did, the little dining room has a cozy, unpretentious charm that suited two old sightseers just fine. The charcuterie board was outstanding and clearly made in house, and our server took the time to walk us through the local ingredients without ever rushing us along.
