Sid is the absolute EPITOME of giving great customer service. Literally the best person to be served by!! They always go out of their way to be so nice and amazing! I hope someone sees this and gives Sid the keys to this franchise because my god is he just an absolute saint! Genuinely very kind and gracious!
I go there often and all they have usually is dark chicken meat (drumstick, thigh) and when you ask for white chicken meat (centre, etc..) they say 30 minute wait. If you wait its worth it, but as standards there should always be equal fresh batches of both white and dark chicken pieces for convenience.

Steady decline, year after year. It's sad really, this was one of my favorite fast food joints. Chicken is small, tasteless, greasy and it's pretty clear the amount of effort that used to go into KFC just isn't there anymore.
