“Had a couple nights at the Embassy while in St.John’s. Great spot!! Staff was awesome and friendly, while somewhat “saucy” (Joe and Tracy)! 😂 Locals were fun and made me feel like part of the group (Ally, Chris & Jeff, who talks too much)!! Local talent was awesome and can definitely sing and play to keep everyone entertained!! I will be back!!“

“We just had the pleasure of dining at The post Taphouse this evening, New Year’s Eve. The decor was so cozy and intimate, music at just the right volume to allow conversation, server was friendly and very professional. The food…can’t say enough good about it. Fabulous! Nowhere in St. John’s area tonight could food be any better! Compliments to the chef and staff! Thank you for a memorable experience!“

“It was exactly what we had hoped for. The ceremony was perfect. Lots of fun and laughs. Bobby was hilarious. Would definitely recommend this place to get screeched in . We recited the oath, ate a piece of Newfoundland steak, drank the screech, kissed the puffin and cod. Bobby took some pics from our own phones edited them. They were awesome. Such a fun experience.“

“10/10 recommend this place. They staff are awesome, and the music was some of the best I’ve heard in a long time. Saw 2 different bands place there yesterday and both were incredible. The customers were kind, friendly and welcoming. Love this place!“

“Had an excellent time at Rob Roy's. It is a great party venue, the live music and DJ sets were fun and energetic, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the $2 beer special couldn't be beat. So much fun.“
“I've been going to Lottie's every time I've been to Newfoundland for the past 20 years. Nothing says 'I've arrived' on George Street like a White Russian in a plastic cup! Beyond friendly service, and everyone having a great time. This bar is most definitely a stand out, and worth it just to even chat with the bartenders (assuming it's not past 10 pm on Thu / Fri / Sat). A must-visit.“

“Ok where to start! We asked to do a group booking for our minor baseball team. This lovely establishment helped us with a pre order menu and booking, and then when we showed up they had a whole area reserved for not only our team, but families as well! The service was top notch and extraordinarily efficient for such a large group. Special thanks to Brenda for helping with the booking, Aidan and staff for the impeccable St. John’s welcome to this group from Alberta. Sorry I wish I had more names, everyone was so amazing. The live band also amazing. And the food…. So so good! Thank you so much for the hospitality.“
