“I have been there a great many times, and that in its self speaks volumes. I like to go when it’s a little quieter, as it can fill up pretty good. The food is probably the best bang for your bunk in the downtown area, as the kitchen does a great job at “ feeding the masses”. The staff are top notch, friendly, understanding, and prompt. All round class place.“
“A quiet spot, down the stairs, towards the water off Water Street. Four of us ate nachos with a side of French Onion soup. Of course, beverages for all. The nachos were very good. The portions were generous and the cheese topping more than perfect. The onion soup was good and hot but needed more spice. The pub was busy buy not crowded. It was a good time with friends. Access may be a problem for some.“

“The most popular Bar & dance floor in St. John's. They serve beverages and alcohol based drinks, juice etc. A lot of crowd on Friday and Saturday. The place is not very friendly, but you can meet so many people from St. John's. It takes 5$ charge to get in.“
“Heard great things about this location from a coworker so we decided to check it out last Friday for date night. To say we had an amazing time would be an understatement! The server was so lovely, it was her first night on the job but I honestly never would have known only for she told me. Honestly the best service I have ever received, hands down! The food was also amazing, not our first time at a Jungle Jim's, we've been to different locations over the years but our first time at this one and it was honestly the best feed of JJ's we've ever had. The entertainment was also a great added bonus. The band that night was "Down Forward" and they were exceptional! We are already planning out next visit!“
