Deffinaly some bad customer service skills here! We ordered a BLT & turkey bacon club this morning - the lady clearly couldn’t hear exactly what I was saying as she actually kind of yelled & got saucy and exactly said “REPEAT THAT” I was flabbergasted by the way I was being spoke to. There was no, “can you please repeat that” NO MANNERS. PURE RUDE! Horrible service by the young man at the drive through this evening. He was beyond saucey . So disappointing .
Ordered a turkey bacon club wrap and wedges with ranch dip. Was given about 1/3 of the usual serving of wedges and no ranch. I go inside to have the issue rectified and am provided more wedges and ranch dip. Return to my car, wedges are ice cold. Wrap has no bacon, the top half of the wrap had nothing in it, the bottom half had so much mayo I couldn’t eat it.
We’re moving and this restaurant will be our new neighbourhood Tim’s. I’m so disappointed.
