Several times I’ve asked for extra bacon and receive this, regularly getting orders wrong and poor communication from staff.
Daily coffee at this Tim’s. All is good about this outlet. Excellent
Consitiantly terrible service, just got home from there this morning and after struggling to even give our order in the drive through, got to the window and the employees were aruging over my order amongst themselves, after that ordeal i finally order and it was all kinds of wrong and my bagel had the tinnest bit of cream chesse almost as if it they had just touched the bread and threw it in the bag.

Customers enjoy their hot drinks and appreciate the friendly service with a smile. However, some employees need more coaching on customer service, and there have been issues with the quality of the Frozen Mango Lemonade, which no longer tastes good due to improper preparation. Overall, it’s a fast-paced spot that offers good service and tasty drinks, though improvements in staff training could enhance the experience.
