“Cute little coffee shop with a decent selection of baked treats and breakfast/lunch options. We were there before 9 and a lot of the baked food were already sold out for the day! Not sure if that’s normal or because it was Regatta day. My blueberry muffin was excellent, and my husband and I enjoyed the frozen lemonade and Iced tea. Free cold water is available (self-serve), which also appreciated. There was lots of seating available when we arrived. Place was clean and staff were welcoming and efficient.
We would definitely eat here again and I would love to explore more of the items on their menu.“
“Jumping Bean Cafe offers a delightful experience, especially with their latte made with oatmeal milk—it was absolutely amazing! The staff were polite and efficient, though not particularly warm or friendly. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, making it a great spot for a quick coffee break. Would definitely recommend for the quality of the drinks!“
“Wonderful spot to just chat, get out of the house, study, you name it. The staff is kind, be it in the drive through or in the store, and you feel welcome to stay and sit for a while. Every time I have gone it has been nice and my order has only ever been wrong once and they were quick to fix it.
It can get busy from time to time and there isn't a ton of parking but it has a nice amount of hours to pick from to choose when you make your visit.“

It's a little expensive, but worth the money. The drive thru can be busy at times so please have patience with the employees when you go to sit in the restaurant.
Even though they were really busy, I was served promptly and the bys were very personable.“

“I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“
“Quick and extra friendly staff always make these Starbucks run great! When they’re not busy they always ask how our days going and if we have any plans, or some other pleasantry. This location has never run out of our order or even messed up an order of mine. And the line is never a long wait even if it’s long.This time they put cute stickers on our drinks and food packages.
Vegetarian options: Not many things there have meat products.
Dietary restrictions: You can also get substitutions. Starbucks is very customizable.
Parking: Decent parking lot they share with Burger King
Kid-friendliness: They have juices and lemonade and cakes and cookies
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair ramp in the front“

“Nice atmosphere, no rush to exit. Only complaint is that there's a set of kitchen chairs that the employees were sitting down texting and eating at!! It was so weird, I've never seen this kind of behavior at a shop. Overall the drinks are comparable to other locations which is nice to see the consistency.“

“Food is very good, and I usually always go through the drive-thru, because I don't really like sitting in, but I did because I went with my grandmother. I noticed its a little crowded, and like cramped inside, but overall very nice service. What I also love is the diversity of the work force at Tim Hortons, it always brings a smile to my face. Good job :)

“I work in the mall and I ordered a soup. I asked for a soup, a chicken noodle soup not some chicken and pasta with a touch of broth! I asked the girl with a lot of tattoos in her hand to put some more broth, She looked at me and shook her head to some weird direction close the cup and handed it over to me. Then came the lovely young manager named Jinky who gave me some broth on a separate cup also offered me to replace the soup but the broth on a separate cup was enough for me. She is an amazing manager and obviously an asset for the store. I hope she improves the overall service quality as they already messed up with my Christmas donut before and try to put the blame on me which was really annoying!“

“The scones and soups are very delicious (cramble is too sweet for us though) and all the staff were very kind. They were happy to accommodate various requests, such as providing a plate for children, extra cutlery, and takeout boxes, taking group photos.
Kid-friendliness: There was also a flat area suitable for our 2-year-old child to take a nap. We, the parents, enjoyed a relaxing time.“

“We go to this Tim Hortons every single day for the last couple years. They are that good that just by hearing our voice on the speaker they know our very complicated long expensive order and our name and say what we want for US. LOL. 5 side orders of bacon. 2 side orders of egg. 2 hashbrowns. Plain bagel extra extra toasted black with extra extra extra butter and jam on the side. Medium French Vanilla. Medium Double.Double. and m tea 2 milk 2 sweetener. And 5 side orders of sausage for the dog. And this is only when the kids are in school. Lol now that's service! Love all the staff too. They call us by name and some even when not working drive thru make a point to come say hello every day.“

“I have been a regular visit at this Tims for the last 3 years and the service has improved considerably over the last few weeks. New staff is absolutely great, they are very warm and courteous. One of the very few Tims in the city that doesn’t use a single use cup to measure coffee when a customer brings their own mug. Staff here understand and appreciate “Bring your own mug” program“
“Tim Hortons at the village mall is the absolute best place to get the best service wonderful employees always gets a smile and a greeting... but my absolute best workers are number 1 Cathy and number 2 is Dawn they are my favorite people ... but the other workers are friendly and sweet too . “There are many Tim Hortons hubs all around Newfoundland, easily approached from TCH. Once I found out that they serve XL coffee for a fair price I visited them regularly. The main reason I sticked to TH during my travel here was that I could get there an ordinary (e.g. not one-use plastic one) mug, called China. And the coffee itself was not bad either.“
