We have now visited many times and tried numerous creations, including some of the vegan options. We always imagine her recipes being shared amongst family weddings and neighbors in Italy. It tasted like my Italian great grandmas came to my kitchen today, what a treat. Nothing was artificial or too sweet, the store displays looked fresh and overall lovely. We tried 4 different items today, all 10/10! Highly recommend.“

“Amazing First Experience!

This was my first time visiting, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked what I’d like to order. They had an amazing special— a burrito and coffee for about $9— which was a great deal. I also got a pastry, and it was absolutely delicious!

The burrito was a good size (I used a K-cup for reference) and packed with flavor. I ordered the red chile and carne adobada breakfast burrito, and it did not disappoint. The red chile was perfection—just the right balance of spice and richness. The food tasted incredibly authentic and homemade, just like something you’d get from a family kitchen.

“Trash bizcochitos that taste like sand. Way overpriced for average food. You can get the same quality in any Walmart bakery. Also the person who responds on Google decides that bad reviews must be lies. Call me a plebian with no taste if you can't handle criticism after 55 years in the business but don't pretend that there's no possible way someone couldn't like your dismal food so they must be lying. Go literally anywhere else for bizcochitos or coffee milkshakes or empanadas and you'll be doing better. If you just want to support local, you can't go wrong here.“

“I usually order online because the order is usually ready, but this time I ordered in person. They were busy, so I expected a wait but it was soooooo long, and they run out of the popular ones so quick I would think they'd prepare a bit more. Again, the people were super nice and doing their best but I was a little disappointed nonetheless.“

“I stumbled across this bakery while researching restaurants in the downtown Albuquerque area. I bake a lot of bread at home and saw that one of the breads made at Bosque was Green Chile Sourdough. I was hooked and stopped in to purchase a loaf. Very glad I did as it is excellent! I had to wait a couple of days to try it as I was traveling. Well worth the wait! Now of course I have to figure out how to make it myself as I live in the Pacific Northwest and it’s just too long of a commute. I’ll have to whip up a batch of Green Chile Stew and serve the bread alongside. I hope to get to the Bosque bakery again soon!“

“This review reaches back to September, when my wife and daughter purchased a German chocolate cake for my birthday from ABC Cake Shop & Bakery. The cake was absolutely delicious and well made. It was of high quality and fresh. Today, my wife and I came in to purchase another cake for our daughter's birthday, and our experience was exceptionally delightful. Valarie assisted my wife, answered all her questions, and provided top-notch customer service. Further, and this is what prompted this review, is that Brittainy gave a listening ear while my wife was being assisted. She patiently and attentatively listened as I told her of my woes at another bakery across town, and about the importance of customer care and satisfaction. As I related my story to her, though above and beyond her job description, Brittainy listened with attentiveness and courtesy. For the many years we've been customers of ABC, we have never had a negative experience. The product is above board delicious, and the customer service is always reliable and friendly. I would recommend this bakery to all my friends and family.“

“Giving this 5 stars to help raise their score. I don’t get why it’s so low! For years I’ve gone to El Dorado Bakery on Broadway for the menudo, so naturally seeing the much lower score of El Dorado #3, I was very hesitant to try it. However, The Broadway location is a 20 minute drive and the one on Coors is only 5 minutes! And when you’re hung over, the shorter drive is better! I tried their menudo and flautas today, and both get a 4.5 out of 5 in my book! This has been the only place that does flautas right and even has a potato option! Their salsa was the best I’ve had in town! It def tasted like Chile de árbol and red tomato flavor without the usual tomato paste flavor that other salsas in ABQ tend to have. The menudo could be spicier for me but the flavor def made up for the lack of spice. Excited to go back and try out the rest of the menu. My order was to go so don’t expect the cute yellow bowl in my pic ?Also, there was a woman singing Yolanda Del Rio covers so that’s a win win win for me! Oh and yes, the bread was bomb. Come on now.EDIT: To address the customer service issues from previous reviews...service when I went was super fast. The lady that was singing only sang 1.5 songs while I was there and BOOM, my order was up! The music was way too loud and I had to shout my order to the cashier..but I would still go back lol. Hoping they read this and lower the volume on the speaker. Also, the restaurant was super full and I still got my order in under 10 minutes.“
