“Today was about to be ruined or so I thought I have always preordered & paid for clown cones for my daughters birthday for her today I went to pick up my order from another store that was a little closer to me and they never made them wouldn’t even consider making them even for a later pickup I was almost In tears when I called this store and reached the most amazing representative named Faith she offered to make them for me and have them for me in 2 hours and gave me the phones I needed to file complaints on Monday and kept apologizing for what I had to deal with she really helped make my daughter’s birthday complete she was amazing“

“Smaller location on the North West side of ABQ. Person attending was great! He was hospitable, kind and patient. Definitely a lot tighter than most locations but looked very clean. Enough seats if you're enjoying your selection indoors but felt cramped. Ice cream is consistently great in any variety you want, shakes are the best.“

“The staff is very friendly! The tables are always wiped down and clean. I just wish they had a little bit more seating. My daughter absolutely loves this place. So, if she does good in school, I'll usually take her on Friday so that she has Baskin-Robbins to look forward to and do good in class earn it.Oh, and my husband loves the ice cream cakes! A bit pricey for them, but it's only on his birthday or Father's Day that he gets them.

Parking: Maybe two or three spots that's right in front of the Baskin-Robbins. It's usually not to busy so I can get good parking.“

“I’m surprised with the low reviews. I’ve never had any issues when I come here. The staff are friendly, wearing gloves when handling my items snd it’s clean.

What I don’t like are customers who sit facing the window with their headlights on. There’s no reason to blind those kids.“

Russell stayed busy scooping ice cream, boxing up donuts and running the drive-thru without missing a beat. He took care of each customer quickly and efficiently! Great attitude, hard work!
