Baskin Robbins in Santa Fe

“I came by this Baskin-Robbins location for the first time in a while and was treated very kindly. Unfortunately, while I was there, an aggressive customer was yelling and screaming at the guy working. Despite that, the two employees on shift remained professional and helpful to me and my family.

I hope the employees who helped us today receive recognition for their excellent customer service.“

“I’m giving my experience a four star and only a four star and not a five star review because my daughter and I Came to this location on Monday 8/10 in the evening, the young lady working seemed like she hated her job, she was not nice whatsoever, and it seemed like we were more of a burden to her than anything. The ice cream I was given which was Rocky Road was extremely melted and my daughter ended up leaving with no ice cream because they were out of a lot of them. I came back today since I had a quick break and it’s hot. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice and was giving suggestions to the lady after me because they didn’t have a flavor she wanted. The way he interacted with her was amazing and he should be given props. If That young lady is working there again. I probably won’t order. I’ll probably just leave but if this gentleman is working that day, I most definitely will give them my business!! I wish I got his name! He was working today (Wednesday) around 2:30/ 3:00.“
