“My wife and I make better Italian food than any place in town with one exception, Piatanzi. Their pomodoro is as good as any I've ever had.“

“We ate lunch here after being at the Albuquerque ballon fiesta. They recieved our tour bus without complaint and the wait staff was quite professional. We ate family style with ample portions of meat and side dishes. The smoked brisket, turkey and pulled pork were tasty and not over-seasoned. Overall it was a good experience.“

“Our dinner was fantastic! Our waiter - Joan (? sp) was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entrees as well as the wines. Checking in to the restaurant was fine, but getting seated took quite a while as no one was at the front desk to help the one person there. More personnel need to be available to seat guests.“

“Food was great, I got stared at by a homeless guy while I ate through the glass windows and the staff didn’t do anything and actually one of the restaurant patrons went to chase him off. My mom thanked the lady taking plates away and the lady never said anything back. One of the weirdest dining experiences of my life but the lamb was amazing, would recommend to anyone.“

“This restaurant is top notch!! I have a wheat allergy and they knew exactly how my meal could be prepared. The desserts are delicious! I had their mango cheesecake, chai tea and pad Thai. I loved the flavor of all the food! The chai was great because it wasn’t too sweet! The pad Thai they really knocked it out of the park, it was so so good!!

It was placed on a beautiful salad with some hummus on the side. My first time trying lamb was absolutely amazing. So delicious and tender. The buisness was clean and pleasant. “We ordered Door Dash from this restaurant while on a road trip across the country. When the Dasher arrived to pick up the food, they had not yet started preparing it. I was kinda hoping this might at least mean that the food would be fresh. We really didn't enjoy anything that we got. We got 2 entrees, soup, 2 desserts, and a chai. We didn't care for the chai. I requested oat milk. It tasted like almond milk, but I don't know. The soup was our favorite part. The entrees tastes like a microwaved burrito. The desserts were really not enjoyable. The chocolate one was not edible in my opinion and the pecan one was one of the healthy tasting variety, which perhaps someone might like if they are into healthy desserts. **Five stars because we used to own a vegan cafe and we know that things are *so hard.* We really count on Happy Cow reviews though to plan our road trips so we wanted to share what we actually thought.“

“Absolutely love this place! The service is ALWAYS amazing and friendly. Our family have become weekly regulars & not only for the food but for the employees as well. We consider everyone here family. My husband's choices are juevos rancheros or the enchiladas & mine are the Indian taco or the steak fingers. Our kids absolutely love their French toast, idk what it is about them but it is the best we've ever had. The tacos are always a good go to item, as well as the carne or bowl of pasole. This food is true New Mexican!“

“I went to Daves High Desert Grill last night for the first time. It took around 15 minutes to decide what I wanted. Everything sounded amazing. I ended up getting chicken nachos. I asked my server if they were a big serving and he said yes. When my nachos arrived, I was surprised how huge my nachos were! More than enough for 3 people. I did my best to finish but the chicken nachos won! The atmosphere was great and staff was very friendly. I look forward to my next visit.“

I got a flight to taste a little of everything, and it was all good. Get a snack... that might as well be a meal. I got the frito pie and didn't need dinner. The service is attentive and very fast.“
