“Excellent find in Artesia! Says they were known for their burgers and I can see why. My dad and I enjoyed the smash burger with crispy bacon. Nice and juicy. Both went with sweet potato fries. Just right cook on them. Ann loved her strawberry pecan salad with an addition of grilled chicken that was super flavorful and juicy. Dad also tried a flight of beers for the first time. Made notes for future visits so I think he is sold on trying brew buns and flights again. Our server, Kimberly, was very attentive and patient explaining how flights work for my dad. She made great selection for him.“

“The food was really good here! I got the combination plate with a cheese enchilada, carne asada gordita, and chicken chalupas. The flavors of everything was awesome. The chips were freshly made and the salsa had a little bite but was so good especially with the meal I got. Check out this place if you are in the area!“

“It's everything you want in an unpretentious Jalisco restaurant. I will say service was a tad slower than I would have preferred, but everyone was pleasant and helpful, the live music was fun (if loud), and the food was great. Try the carnitas.“

“I was in Artesia over Easter and looking for a place for lunch. Pecos Diamond Steakhouse was open and very busy. The salad bar was great with a variety of toppings, dressings, soup, and sides. I had the NY strip steak which was perfectly cooked but could have been seasoned a bit more for my taste. The grill gave a nice flavor to a really good cut of meat (hand cut on premises). The service was really friendly and accommodating. Even though it was a holiday, everyone seemed happy to serve their guests. There are limited food options in this small New Mexico town but Pecos is a great option.“

“When my birthday came around but we were in EL QUARANTINE, hubby tried to cheer up my loneliness by taking me to #adoberoserestaurant in Artesia, NM, and, let me tell you, I couldn't have been more impressed. I got the Dr. Pepper braised shank (which totally fell off the bone!) while Mark ordered the enchiladas and loved his. And the servers were pretty chill! They even sang me their birthday song! Honestly, if you're ever down in Artesia, it's a must try! #gourmetrecovery #restuarantreviews #artesianm“
