Just happened by one as we were driving out of Albuquerque on a visit from NYC, and the chicken here it was exactly as I remember and still the best ever -- flavorful, fresh, juicy, clean, hot, and crunchy! “I made a stop at this location last week, coming from Santa Fe to Abq - I picked up my order and cc when I got home, I noticed it was incorrect - called them and spoke to the manager/supervisor, Monique, she was very kind and very efficient - I could not go back that night, so she made sure, I could come back when I was able to - I went in today and she personally helped me - KFC give this young lady a raise and recognition!! I also want to say, give her team recognition as well, because they are very friendly and look like they are working very hard!“

“Placed an order online. Requested all drums. Order took half hour to prepare. All good. Picked it up and got home to find that they weren't all drums. Paid about 1.50 for the upgrade. Call Mgr. He said since I already ate the meal there wasn't anything he could do. I really didn't want to wait another half hr for a new order. Total of 1 hr. Didnt want a free meal. Just wanted a credit of 1.50. Come on WS. Take care of your customers better. Wings were STILL good and I will STILL be back.“

“My husband and I stopped in after not being to a Pizza Hut in quite some time. We weren’t sure what to expect, but gave it a shot.
We were next door due to an issue with our truck.
We had our dog with us and we were super hungry so we went in and spoke with Mark at the front.
No joke, Mark was amazing! I don’t like stringy cheese so my husband got a pizza and Mark made some awesome recommendations for me personally. He was so on point he even asked if the seasoning would be to my liking, and it was so perfect! Here I thought I was just gonna get some bread sticks and he totally sold us on the veggie pasta. He was kind to our dog and was very respectful and able to relate to us.
I gotta say It was the best part of our long day. We felt relaxed and didn’t wait too long at all.
We had such a hard time and car trouble isnt fun. We really enjoyed our food and we will come back again.
Other employees were on it with keeping the “hut” clean and made my order exactly how Mark had described. Mark made sure they understood and didn’t put shredded cheese on my pasta and hooked up the veggies.
