“Here over lunch and it was CRAZY busy, which is great to see, but could tell the staff was stressed and frustrated. They didn't do anything wrong like yell at each other or show anger, could just see they were all working hard. Very friendly. Maybe a little understaffed? Otherwise, food was good as usual. Was awesome to be on the Historic Route 66.“

“So everytime I go back and forth to NM from Flagstaff AZ, I stop there in Gallup for Blake's. Im from Las Cruces NM. This time around the food was Bland, especially the patty and chile wasnt hot. They put so little portion of chile I had to ask for more“

We didn't have to ask for anything , the young man running food was so polite , gave us napkins and sauce we needed w/o having to ask. “Wow! I dont think I have EVER experienced customer service as good as this in Gallup. Patterson and Charmayne delivered stellar customer service that made our visit to Subway extra enjoyable. They made us feel like a mullion bucks when we walked in. Nothing we asked was beyond them or something they couldn't do for us. They had a great attitude and I didn't feel like I was a problem as a customer. Attention SUBWAY! You don’t want to lose those two!“
