The manager Kathy is very rude and her customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my food she was rude and very condescending. The fries were ice cold and when I asked for ketchup she absolutely refused to give me any and stated you get what I give you we don't give out extra. I always come for breakfast burritos in the morning. Morning managers & crew members are always welcoming! That’s what I appreciate about this location. Keep up the awesome work!
