“Visited whilst in Albuquerque last Saturday & Sunday morning. Bagels and coffee are wonderful with very friendly staff. The added bonus was the live music from Iain Cummings. Great way to spend weekend mornings.“

“Sunday Bagels sure draws people in with a line out the door. I certainly can see why after having the salmon salad sandwich. It was delicious and the bagel nicely baked without being chewy or tough. They have quite a variety of different bagels, I took home a few Fermented Honey snd Garlic, and Blue Corn Bagels. I also had an iced coffee that had a large coffee ice cube instead of plain ice. This really helped to keep the full flavor and prevented bitterness as it melted. The only drawback is the lack of seating. I would have liked to sit and eat my sandwich there but it was too packed to for me to be able to sit and relax. So I think next time, and there will be a next time, I'll get my sandwich, bagels and drink then visit a nearby park.“

“4 stars ⭐ Never realized there were so many different kinds of bagels. But, decided to keep it simple and got a raspberry lemonade and my bosses got their usual order of coffee. We were treated by a show of APD mounted patrol strolling through the parking lot“

“This Einstein's is a bit chaotic. It looks like it was retrofitted into an old space that isn't well designed for people flow. They have one set of registers right when you walk in and another on the corner that you can't naturally get to. It's in a neighborhood so tons of foot traffic and eat-in customers.

That said, the service was polite and the food was solid, of not standard. They were understaffed and a bit slow

I got the new hot honey egg sandwich and it was pretty good. I wish the cheese had been meltier. My son and wife both got the bacons avocado egg white sandwiches and liked them a lot.

3 sandwiches and 3 medium coffees were $35.“
