“Had an amazing experience, the service is Impeccable. A team member took a picture of me and my partner in front of a hot air balloon, and they are the giant cow. The vibes were nice and we will definitely frequent this establishment. The children looked as though they were enjoying themselves as well.“
“The new store is just 2.5 miles from our house. It's an updated version of their earlier stores. The drive through is 2 lanes and it has a roof that can cover cars up to 3-4 deep. There is usually one worker for each lane to take your order via a tablet. The pick up window is replaced with sliding electric door, so that the cashier/window worker can actually walk up to your car. All this makes for added person to person service contact. It's unique and different. Plus, the staff at all the locations are trained very well and service oriented. The prices are a bit high, but you get quality in every category of service.“
“I swear, it's not just this chick-fil-a's. They all overstep to make the customers happy at all times. I asked for an 8 count chicken nuggets, they gave me 15. Then when I asked for a small milkshake they offered to give me a large. I love this place. It's so quick and easy too“
“Three stars for the atmosphere because I was in my truck... no fault of Chic fil A, I love my truck, but it's not great as dining halls go.The only thing I ever get is the chicken nuggets. They are hot, tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.I have had other items all of the excellent. The nuggets are my fave.“

However I wanted to edit this review because I came back for dinner @ 8:00pm and witnessed a believer of color being harassed by two sups "Jose" and some other sup with multiple racial comments I don't dare repeat! They were having an inappropriate convo while I dinned-in and exchanged in completely inappropriate language! This 16 year-old worker of color was amazing at his job. He shook my hand at the register. Welcomed me in. Got my order corect. Wiped down the tables. And asked everyone how their meal was. These two sups need to be prosecuted in a court of law and fired immediately! Pull the cameras, please, and try to homehow tune-into the audio part of the completely illegal conversation that went on! I'm calling Corporate today and making a detailed report first thing! The worker was crying out for help! He's a child, my daughter's age! This behavior needs to be sease immediately! Also, telling him to hide is cross in his shirt? This is a Mormon faith-based organization! I protest!“
“Chick fil-a is always fast great service awesome food . There was a customer who had bought a person who I seen outside with his belongings about 5 min prior to walking into chick fil a and that took made the experience better because that was when I realized that they didn't have a bunch.of loiterers and the guy that was blessed with food was very considerate of this place cleaned up left when he was done so it was another great experience from chick fil aParking: I don't have care but by the looks of it there is a good deal of space and available parkingKid-friendliness: As always play room family oriented place of businessWheelchair accessibility: I believe all they could use is the push button for wheel chair accessibility“
“UPDATE-- I spoke with management after this post and they made it right. overall, its an understandable mistake to make, it was just inconvenient and a little bit frustrating to have conflicting information from employeeslast week I went through the drive through craving a fruit and yogurt parfait, and unfortunately they didnt have any. Before I made the trip today, I called ahead to make sure they had them back. I was informed over the phone that they were back. Ordered in the drive through, was informed they didnt have them--I informed the drive through attendant that I had called ahead and was told they were in, and perhaps to make sure, but she was sure---no parfaits. so i drove off, and called the number I called to check so I could drive there for my parfait, but sure enough it was the same store. so I drove back, got my parfait and my coffee, and sadly the coffee was like black syrup--had to toss it. that was the last straw in posting a bad review. gonna take a break from this chic fil a for a while.“
