“What can you say about Chick Fil A that has not been said. Nothing. Easy. Predictable and that’s just what I like. Consistency. The cashiers are always pleasant. Clean. Sweet tea is great. Simple unconfusing menu is great. And always hits the spot for a fast grab meal.
Kid-friendliness: Has a McDonaldesque playground inside for the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in, roll out.“
“This particular Chick-fil-A was good. There was an employee, older lady walking around checking in with guests that were in the restaurant to make sure everything was okay. This stood out really well as many fast food restaurant dont have employees walking around checking on guests. The food was good too, tho one sandwich was requested without tomato and received tomato in it. The soft drinks were good tho I believe they might of been running out of syrup on coke as it tasted waterd down slightly.
Staff were friendly and energetic.“
“"Maria Aroyo" helped me out today at lunch with amazing customer service! However I wanted to edit this review because I came back for dinner @ 8:00pm and witnessed a believer of color being harassed by two sups "Jose" and some other sup with multiple racial comments I don't dare repeat! They were having an inappropriate convo while I dinned-in and exchanged in completely inappropriate language! This 16 year-old worker of color was amazing at his job. He shook my hand at the register. Welcomed me in. Got my order corect. Wiped down the tables. And asked everyone how their meal was. These two sups need to be prosecuted in a court of law and fired immediately! Pull the cameras, please, and try to homehow tune-into the audio part of the completely illegal conversation that went on! I'm calling Corporate today and making a detailed report first thing! The worker was crying out for help! He's a child, my daughter's age! This behavior needs to be sease immediately! Also, telling him to hide is cross in his shirt? This is a Mormon faith-based organization! I protest!“
“The food was really delicious and fresh, and the place was super clean. Everyone was friendly, but Jayden stood out by a mile. He was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in just one of those people who makes you feel welcome right away. He checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The best part was when he gave one of my little kids a free toy/puzzle . It completely made their day, and the way he did it was so thoughtful and sweet. Jayden is honestly one of the nicest workers I’ve ever met. He made the whole visit feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back“
“Pulled up to this Chick-fil-A for lunch absolutely BLASTING ‘Crying While You’re Dancing’ by Dayseeker like I was about to roll into my own music video. The dude working the drive-thru didn’t even flinch—he handed me my food, nodded like a wise music-loving sage, and said he liked the song too. The man asked me to keep it turned up!
Food was great, and apparently there’s at least one other human in Albuquerque whose music taste isn’t trapped in the typical music scene. I will 100% be returning to this establishment to nourish both my body and my Spotify ego. 🤘“
“eva was amazing and i cant believe they have her out here in these weather conditions. she had great service and a beautiful welcoming smile. just what chickfila stands for. the most wonderful attitude and the sweetest vibe. i want to see more of her 🙂“
“This place, despite not looking the most appealing, was still acceptable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was far superior to any typical fast-food establishment. We ordered takeout, and it arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. 🤩“
“I think.. I'm writing this review more for me than for Chick-fil-A, it's a cultural icon which is categorically delicious, believe it or not, I've only been to Chick-fil-A, in the last 12 months, the first one I visited, was in Austin, Texas, and now I enjoy, the tasty food,.. I have a bad habit, I live about 40 miles, away, and I'll stop by, and enjoy it while I drive, I would consider Chick-fil-A an American cultural item. Certainly, I think what I need to do is stop in and actually eat in the restaurant, I've never seen quite an operation. That's so well run, and the people are nice, and the food is quite good,.. I would hate to ask the question, what do you fry the food in, I'm trying to get off of seed oils, and I suspect, that the answer would not be to my liking, but that's my problem, not the institution, if you're passing by this location, by all means do stop in..“
