KFC in Albuquerque

“I went in person to the 4th street location to place a large order for the next day. The girl taking my order was so friendly and polite and said she would not be working the next day but she would leave a message for Gustavo. I said I would need to pick it up at 10:15 AM even though the store did not open until 10;30 AM. I was ordering the chicken for my church. When I went to pick it up at 10:15 AM, Gustavo met me at the door and he got it ready and even carried it to my car. I told him how much I appreciated him and his staff and he said he appreciated my business.“

“Pretty standard fare for a KFC. I didn't try the Taco Bell menu, so I can't speak to that. The food was what I expected it to be. The price was also less than what I expected it to be — like, it was priced higher on their board. A really nice surprise, but it would be nice if their menu prices were accurate.“

“I placed a large take out order from this location today. Of course I've had many take out at fast food places. However while at this kfc trying to decide on my large order for a get-together I was so impressed with. Christian and kayli. The best customer service I seen and witnessed in a long time.
The two were not only great kind and professional with me however
I witnessed the excellent way they treated other customers.

On top of that, he ensured that everything I received was hot and freshly made.

“It was pretty clean inside. The customer service from the lady I believe her name was Maria was great. She was very sweet. The only problem was she and the cook were the only ones and working, and so I did have to wait a while.
The younger night shift girl is not as nice.
The location is not in the nicest area, but if you have to eat in the area, this KFC is nice and clean. And the food is good!“

“For me this location has always been friendly cooperative and reasonable. Today after ordering my food I asked for the bathroom key and use the bathroom. It was stopped and clean. While I was in the bathroom somebody took my food and I didn't realize it. I waited a while and then they asked me if I was waiting on food. I said yes and they made my order and even gave me an extra chicken leg. Chicken with Crispy and hot thank you KFC San Mateo“

“I work security in the area and this location is usually my only place to get food during my shift other than the gas station, much better quality food than other locations; only thing that sucks is sometimes sitting in line an hour before closing for 30 minutes waiting to get my order in just for them to not attend to me at all and needing to get back to my patrol“

“Stop here a few minutes before they closed ordered a few tacos for my dog because he loves tacos and they were very polite and it was good to go though they did mention that because it was so late they didn't have any fried or grilled foods available but it makes sense cuz they were about to close“
