Honestly after seeing the other reviews I thought this place was gonna be horrible. It was the exact opposite. Food was good! Burritos were over stuffed and delicious. Nothing was skimpy. Staff was really nice and let us know what they were out of before ordering. Great experience. Came during the day and ate inside the restaurant idk maybe that helped!
FOOD - the oil needs to be changed, chicken has a metalic taste and is dried out
SERVICE - tried to change original to extra crispy at the window before receiving my change from payment and was told I couldn't make changes or order at the window. I had to go back around the building to the drive thru speaker to order my chicken a second time and then I tried to express my frustration on having to go back around, even though I was the only vehicle in the drive thru, the supervisor...read full review

The line was fast and they got our order right. The restaurant looks in good shape and there wasn't too many sketchy people hanging around it. The parking lot was ok and weel maintained. This is both a Taco Bell and KFC.
